I had a lovely three-night stay at Casa Arte Hotel Boutique, enjoying its spacious and clean deluxe room, and especially valued the really good service provided by the staff. The location was perfect for exploring the historic city, although I did experience some noise from the street. Overall, it was a great vacation with just a few minor inconveniences.

The service was fantastic, with Miguel offering great recommendations for day trips and restaurants. All staff members were very friendly and spoke English well, which I appreciated.

Located in a nice, quiet street just a short walk from the old center and close to the ocean, the location was ideal for enjoying the city's sights and sounds.

Breakfast was decent, offering a good selection of fruit, eggs, and pancakes, but the coffee could be better.

The pool area was nice, and it's great that the hotel has a pool, which many others in this price range do not. Although they did seem to be redecorating it during my stay, it looked pleasant and clean.

I had a mixed experience at Casa Arte Hotel Boutique. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet street just a short walk from the old town. However, the service left much to be desired, with unwelcoming staff and some maintenance issues. Overall, I appreciated the comfortable room and amenities, but there were some major drawbacks that need attention.

I had a mixed experience at Casa Arte Hotel Boutique. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet street within walking distance of the old city, but I faced several issues that detracted from the stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, yet there were some cleanliness concerns and the breakfast setup lacked privacy. Overall, I might consider staying again, but only with improvements in service and amenities.

The staff was generally friendly, but they often struggled with basic requests, and I encountered unprofessionalism from some members. Communication was also a barrier due to the language difference.

The hotel has a lovely courtyard and a small pool that added charm, but hygiene issues, like cockroaches in the bathroom and inconsistent cleaning, were unsettling.

I had some mixed feelings about my stay at Casa Arte Hotel Boutique. While the location was great and the staff was friendly, I experienced issues with the shower heater and even saw a rat in the hotel. The breakfast was decent, but after the rat sighting, I hesitated to eat it. Overall, while the hotel has a lot of potential, it requires some improvement to truly feel like a boutique experience.

The hotel had a pool, which was perfect for a dip to cool off, but overall, it felt more like it still needs some updates.
